can you tell me what you call this style of drawing / illustration? where images are formed only by ….?
The color black and white. has a very fluid, very different engravings on wood, but it looks like even monochrome. associated with illustrations of fairy tales and Arturo / Medieval myths and legends. as such there are no lines that define the contours of things …. time [ie white], a face off in the darkness of the background, creating a "breakthrough" technologies. please post links / examples of Do you think I just described. the kind of thing im talking about 80% black, with only small sections and white edges. The effect is dense and style Gothic and has a pre-Raphaelite through it.
