Patterson is one of the most experienced and best-selling writers of all time. He is the author of two best-selling detective series of the last decade, Alex Cross novels and the Women's Murder Club Series, and wrote another number one, several bestsellers. In 2007, a person, fifteen novels Hardcover sell a James Patterson title – totaling some 16 million books sold last year in North America alone.
He has won Edgar Award, the highest distinction in the world of mystery, and his novels Kiss the Girls and Along Came A Spider became beautiful Films starring with Morgan Freeman.
The "Alex Cross" series: Alex Cross, a black forensic psychologist before Washington, DC Police Department and the FBI, who now works as a private psychologist and government consultant, are the most popular books among Patterson readers Bestsellers and U.S. Detective series in the last ten years.
If you have not ventured into the Alex Cross series – then give them one way – the principles are particularly fascinating. The MILF last but become a little tired and a little sweet. Fitting artificial seeps slowly.
Note, however: A Michael Connelly or James Lee Burke is not … but still good.
Murdering Women's Club: This a good starting point of Alex Cross and has some very good reading and is compatible From novel to novel. They do a very good TV – but I'm not sure how long.
Well worth your time worth to read …. particularly good for airplane rides, the beach or reading by the fireplace to relax.
Patterson is certainly a master storyteller with a vivid imagination – but also seems to be a writer with too many ideas of the imagination that selection has apparently not co-authors.

"James Patterson older, tired-and ER, so now leaves many parts easy to write to another writer. Whether or not the new books are as good as older is a personal decision. "
"Yes, they are just as good … but it's a bit more complicated. James Patterson writes a detailed plan and structure of the book, then allows the pen of the writer second reality pages. "
Some have worked well, for example, "Beach Road", others not so well – even to the point of being terrible.
Such is the case with "The Quickie "Not only was not particularly well written, it was quite unlikely and the main character had no characteristic special to all – in fact disgusting. I do not dislike the main character.
In fact, the novel's title says – is a Quickie – You get the worth of insurance – but carries the reputation of his name and best books.
